Just read about the new iPad device from Apple in the Newspaper today. As I am looking for a ebook reader, this product catch my eyes. Do a researh immediately after my lunch.
Here are some links I have found:

I have also read some comments that mention Apple has lock down ceratin function in iPad. So to say, even though the device can provide with more features, but due to certain reason, Apple chooses to lock down these features. If this is true, then is it fair to the comsumers?
The device looks cool. I am tempted to buy one myself. But, if the above mention is true, I will think twice before I buy.
For me, the main reason to get a iPad is to act as a eBook reader. Here is some existing shopping guide - http://www.engadget.com/2009/11/16/engadgets-holiday-gift-guide-e-book-readers/
