Romanian envoy not likely to return for inquiry

This is a follow up news on the case previously post at Dr Ionescu hit-and-run accident Follow Up ... Dr Ionescu said his failing health was the main reason he may not return. He claimed that he could die as a result of his illness, believed to be diabetes.

Things will be easier if ones is not a diplomat.
